Independence from Sugar

The average American consumes 30 plus t. of sugar per day.  The USDA recommends we should not consume more than 6 t. for women, 9 t. for men and 3 t. for children.  Is it any wonder the obesity rates have skyrocketed?   America leads the way with a whopping 45% of our population being obese.

Ahhhhh…but a creamed-cheese danish with a cup of hazelnut coffee…pure bliss! I deserve it, right?!  Well maybe, but think again.
